1812 Productions’ perennial smash holiday show This Is The Week That Is returns for its fifth year to give you the breakdown on local, national, and world events as only 1812 can. In a suburban subdivision with identical houses, parents find their teenagers addicted to an online horror video game. The setting? A subdivision with identical houses. The goal? Smash through an army of zombies to escape the neighborhood for good. But as the line blurs between virtual and reality, both parents and players realize that fear has a mind of its own.

In early 2011 we will launch an exciting new program entitled Azuka Under Construction. Each year a new work, whether it’s a play, a performance piece or a concept for a larger project will be given a ten day to two week workshop with actors, a director and a dramaturg. The inaugural project will focus on Xenophobia, or the fear of the outsider, and culminate in a special limited-run performance where your feedback has a direct impact on the development of the work!
